Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 June 2026

TreBranch is a desktop application for building and comparing scenario models. It is designed to run entirely on your own device. This policy explains, plainly, what data the app handles — which is to say, almost none.

The short version

TreBranch does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information. It contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and makes no network connections. Your models never leave your computer unless you choose to save or share the files yourself.

Information we collect

None. TreBranch has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no telemetry. We, the developer, receive no data about you or your use of the app.

Where your data lives

Network activity

TreBranch operates fully offline. Its content-security policy restricts the app to its own bundled resources, so it does not contact any server, including ours. Software updates, if any, are delivered through the Microsoft Store.

Children's privacy

TreBranch is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not directed at children. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.

Third parties

The app shares no data with third parties because it has no data to share. If you obtained TreBranch through the Microsoft Store, your purchase and download are handled under Microsoft's own privacy terms, not ours.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
